Abhishek Ranjan is the Global Head of sustainability at Brillio. He is responsible for leading Brillio's ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) programs and associated thought leadership and communications on a global scale. He played a key role in building the sustainability practice at Brillio and is known for his work on the award-winning CSR program called "Brillio Bringing Smiles," which aims to help 1 million under-served children. Additionally, Abhishek leads the Carbon Net Zero and Neutral program, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, and the Employee We Care program in all Brillio's global locations, including India, UK, Mexico, US, Canada, and Romania. Abhishek has a diverse academic and professional background. As an alumnus of IMT Ghaziabad, he holds dual master's degrees in HR and Computer Applications. During his time there, he demonstrated leadership by serving as College Secretary and co-founding the Social Club, MADF. Additionally, he is a certified ESG Professional from IICA, showcasing his commitment to sustainable practices in business. He began his career with IBM and later worked for Oracle, where he was recognized for establishing the Customer Centres and Industry Relations function in India. In addition to his professional role, Abhishek is actively involved in academia. He teaches Sustainability and CSR at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Goa Institute of Management (GIM), Nalanda University and CCS NIAM. He is an ESG trainer at IOD (Institute of Directors).

Abhishek holds prominent positions in various organizations and councils related to sustainability. He is the head of the ASSOCHAM South India Sustainability Council, CSR Advisor at FKCCI and has served as the President of a Rotary Club. He is a consulting editor (Honorary) of Oil Sector Magazine HrVista by Indian Oil. Recognized as an international speaker, Abhishek has been invited to speak at prestigious forums such as UNESCO, G20, LinkedIn, and more than 100 colleges worldwide. His work and contributions to sustainability thought leadership have earned him awards from organizations like FKCCI, American Business Award, and NHRD. he has also been recognized as one of the top 40 under 40 ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Leaders. Abhishek is recognized as a 'Top Sustainability and Philanthropy Voice' on LinkedIn due to his exceptional contributions and thought leadership in these sectors
