Over 25 years of progressive experience in managing and implementing international development projects across South Asia, China, Myanmar, and the Philippines. Worked with intergovernmental organizations (ICIMOD), development banks (KfW), consultancies, and NGOs, focusing on adaptation and resilience building through biodiversity, natural resources, infrastructure, microfinance, and market-based finance. Proficient in knowledge management and implementation. 

Proven leadership in large, complex multi-sector projects involving multidisciplinary teams, donors, governments, private sector, and communities. Established over 100 partnerships. 

Deep technical expertise in adaptation, water management, natural resources, innovative finance, private sector engagement, public policy, institution building, SDGs, environment, and governance. 

Authored 40+ articles and book chapters for reputable publishers on development policy, conservation, climate change, governance, and public health, with a focus on sustainability and inclusive growth. Provided supervisory support for approximately 60 research papers and book chapters. 

Over 12 years of experience in loan and grant management, including managing a USD 250 million natural resources portfolio at KfW Development Bank in India and the Philippines. Headed a USD 17 million research and policy project on climate change adaptation in four countries, with pilots receiving global awards for innovations in climate adaptation.

Led a regional 'resilience building solutions' project in Myanmar, India Nepal, Bangladesh, and Bhutan
