Shri Muktanand Agrawal is an IAS Officer of 2008 Batch from Rajasthan Cadre. He has worked as District Collector in various Districts of Rajasthan and also as Commissioner Industries and Registrar, Cooperative Societies in the State Government. He is presently posted as Joint Secretary looking after the Plant Protection Division and Chief Executive Officer-Pradhan MantriFasalBimaYojana (CEO-PMFBY) in the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Government of India, New Delhi.
