  • Founder Director of Centre for Agri-Entrepreneurship Development (CAD), MANAGE responsible for implementation of Central Sector Scheme of Agri-Clinics and Agri-Business Centres (AC&ABC), Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India (www.agriclinics.net). The scheme aims at transforming qualified Agricultural Professionals in to Agripreneurs who intern setup Agri-ventures in rural areas to provide value added extension services to farmers. Training and Handholding support is provided to Agripreneurs across the country through network of more than 100 partner institutions. Trained 48,000 Agricultural professionals and established 21,000 Agri-ventures in different parts of the country under the scheme.
  • Programme Director of US-India-Africa Triangular International Programme funded by USAID, India, in which 129 Agriculture Extension Professionals from Kenya, Liberia and Malawi were trained in Agricultural Extension Management during 2013-15.
  • Director, PMU implementing USAID funded Feed The Future India Triangular Training (FTF ITT) covering 17 African and Asian Countries, around 1,400 executives through 44 In-country and Third Country programs on various aspects of Agricultural Development.
  • Organized more than 300 national and international level training programs on different aspects of Agricultural Extension Management.
  • Published 80 Technical papers including 21 books, made 10 films and actively associated with several professional activities.
  • Executive Editor of MANAGE Journal of Agricultural Extension Management and Editor of monthly MANAGE International e-Bulletin.
